ALL RV's must be self sufficient: no power or water services will be provided. no dump station is available on site.

Infield Camping – Will enter through “Race Track Lane” beside 280 Main Street, Bible Hill

Hillside Field Camping – Will enter through Vimy Road beside 104 Vimy Road, Bible Hill

CHECK IN

Check in times:

  • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, September 17th   

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday, September 18th

  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday, September 19th

RV CAMPING ACCESS

All RV’s will be provided with 8 RV camping bracelets to be distributed as you’d like. No additional bracelets beyond this will be provided.

 

PARKING

RV's will be pulled into sites on a first come, first serve basis with the exception of those who need to leave on Sunday. If you need to leave on Sunday and did not indicate this at the time of ticket purchase, please respond to this email so that we can plan for you to be on the end of a row.

 

One vehicle is permitted to park on the RV lot with your camper - others must park in the public parking areas. Lots are 22ft x 40ft ; vehicles parking with RV’s must be able to fit within this area or they will be asked to park in an overflow area.

DURING THE EVENT

You are not permitted to pull your RV in and out during the event. If you remove your RV from the site during the event, you will not be permitted to bring it back in.

CHECK OUT

The final checkout time is 10:00AM on Monday, September 22nd. Your RV must be moved out of the site no later than this time. If you need to leave on Sunday and did not indicate this at the time of ticket purchase, please respond to this email so that we can plan for you to be on the end of a row.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • One person (aged 19+) has to purchase an RV ticket to be able to reserve a space. They are also required to purchase a full event pass as well. Up to 7 others can stay with them  provided they all have purchased full event passes as well. Only those with designated RV bracelets are permitted to be in the RV area - these must be worn at all times.

  • A maximum of 8 individuals are allowed on one site. The information of all individuals staying at your site will be requested upon arrival. All individuals are required to have an event pass. All individuals must stay in the RV/Camper at night, there is no tent camping allowed.

  • Quiet hours will be from 12:00AM – 7:00AM. The use of generators will not be permitted between the hours of 12:00AM and 7:00AM except for medical reasons.

  • Pets are allowed only in the RV area - They must be on leash at all times. Animals are not allowed within the arena/concert/vendor areas unless they are a designated service animal - [please clean up after your pets

  • Due to the bylaws in Colchester County, campfires will not be permitted at the sites. This includes propane fire tables. Propane appliances are only permitted for cooking purposes.

  • No services will be provided at this location. Camping RVs must be self-reliant. What comes in, must leave with you. 

  • Cancellation – A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for cancellations up to September 1st. After September 1st, there will be no refunds.

  • Please deposit any litter and recyclables in their appropriate containers which will be provided

  • Motorcycles, bicycles, golf carts or all-terrain vehicles are not to be driven on the camping or event area

  • Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times

  • All types of fireworks are strictly prohibited

  • You are permitted with outside food, beverages and alcohol in your RV site. No food, beverages or alcohol may be taken from your RV Site into the event area under any circumstance.

  • The festival committee or campground operators will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care to safeguard your valuables.

  • The festival committee and/or the campground operators have the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the above rules. No refunds will be made in the event of such an eviction.
