Are you a Food Vendor?

Service times TBD

Approximately 4000 patrons daily will be in attendance.

Please note that this form is an application only. You will receive communication from the Nova Scotia Stampede committee to confirm your application once your information has been reviewed. Although we wish we could take every vendor who applies, space is limited and vendors who offer products directly related to event content will take priority. We thank you for your time in completing the below application form.

Note that vendors must commit to all four days of the event.

Note that all bottled/canned drinks must be purchased through the event organizer at cost due to pouring partner exclusivity.

If you are an out-of-province food premise planning to attend a temporary event in Nova Scotia, you may be required to meet federal requirements under the Safe Food for Canadians Act.  It is your responsibility to contact the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to inquire on Licensing.

If you are not required to meet the federal requirements, you must apply for a Temporary Event Food Permit and supply the Public Health Officer with the most recent inspection report from the health unit/department in your province having jurisdiction.  It is at the Public Health Officer’s discretion to approve your application.

All vendors must familiarize themselves with the Food Safety Guidelines for Temporary Events. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and maintaining Food Safety Standards.
