Enjoy the four day event worry free as you will be only steps away from the action. Your designated RV spot guarantees convenience but also immerses you in the heart of the event.
where is THE RV CAMPING?
73 Ryland Avenue, Bible Hill NS, B2N 2V5. Located at the Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition Complex.
Who is permitted on rv sites?
One person (aged 19+) has to purchase an RV ticket to be able to reserve a space. They are also required to purchase an event pass as well. Up to 7 others can stay with them provided they all have purchased event passes as well. Only those with designated RV bracelets are permitted to be in the RV area.
How many people per rv site?
A maximum of 8 individuals are allowed on one site. The information of all individuals staying at your site will be requested upon arrival. All individuals are required to have an event pass. All individuals must stay in the RV/Camper at night, there is no tent camping allowed.
Will there be parking?
Each site will be allowed to have 1 vehicle per lot. Parking will be provided in designated areas only.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours will be from 12:00AM – 7:00AM. The use of generators will not be permitted between the hours of 12:00AM and 7:00AM except for medical reasons.
Can I bring my Pets?
Pets allowed only in RV area - They must be on leash at all times. Animals are not allowed within the arena/concert/vendor areas unless they are a designated service animal
Can I have a Campfire at my RV site?
Campfires are expected to be permitted at the RV area however this is subject to change as the event gets closer based on other contributing factors. All campfires will be subject to the Provincial safe burn regulations as well as all applicable County regulations

Earliest check in will be Thursday, September 26th at 12:00PM.
when is check out?
Latest check out wll be Monday, September 30th at 9:00AM
Please note:

no services will be provided at this location. Camping RVs must be self-reliant. What comes in, must leave with you.

Potable water is intended for cooking and cleaning purposes and campers should plan to bring or purchase drinking water.

Public Dump station is available at the Irving Big Stop – 86 Connector Road, Truro Heights.

Cancellation – A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for cancellations up to September 1st. After September 1st, there will be no refunds.

Please deposit any litter and recyclables in their appropriate containers which will be provided

Motorcycles, bicycles or all-terrain vehicles are not to be driven on the camping area

Children must be accompanied by an adult. at all times

All types of fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Rodeo wrist bands must be worn at all times on RV sites.

The festival committee or campground operators will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care to safeguard your valuables.

The festival committee and/or the campground operators have the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the above rules. No refunds will be made in the event of such an eviction.
